1. Company Information

2. Definitions

• "Service" means the Lumora platform accessible at lumora.ai, including AI image generation, image colorisation, age transformation, and related image editing tools.
• "Credits" means prepaid access units purchased by users to access Service features. Credits have no monetary value, cannot be transferred between Accounts, and are not redeemable for cash.
• "Account" means the registered user account giving access to the Service.
• "User", "you" means any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, purchasing Credits, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. Users must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your Account. Notify us immediately at support@lumora.ai of any unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms, are used fraudulently, or are inactive for more than 24 months.

5. Credits — Prepaid Access Units

5.1 Nature of Credits

Credits are prepaid access units with no real-world monetary value, redeemable solely for Lumora's own services. They are:

• Redeemable only for services provided directly by Lumora Ltd on this platform;
• Non-transferable between Accounts;
• Not redeemable for cash or any other currency;
• Not a financial instrument, payment instrument, e-money, or cryptocurrency;
• Not an investment and carry no expectation of financial return;
• Not a deposit and not protected by any financial compensation scheme.

Credits are sold solely as prepaid access to Lumora's own image-processing services and qualify as a limited network instrument within the meaning of Article 3(k) of Directive 2015/2366/EU (PSD2) and Article 1(4) of Directive 2009/110/EC (EMD2). Lumora's operator is accordingly not required to be authorised as an electronic money institution or payment institution in respect of the issue or administration of Credits.

5.2 Purchasing Credits

Credits are sold in packages at prices displayed in EUR on the checkout page. All prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed via secure third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your selected payment method.

5.3 Credit Packages and Pricing

Current Credit packages, prices, and the number of Credits per package are displayed on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Price changes do not affect already purchased Credits.

5.4 Right of Withdrawal — Waiver for Immediate Digital Delivery

In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (Consumer Rights Directive), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By clicking "Buy now" at checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of Credits to your Account and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon delivery. This consent is recorded at the time of purchase.

5.5 Refunds and Disputes

Because Credits are delivered immediately upon purchase, they are generally non-refundable. However, we will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• Non-delivery: Credits were not credited to your Account within 24 hours of a successful payment;
• Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical fault on our side;
• Unauthorised transaction: a purchase was made without your authorisation and you report it promptly.

To request a refund or raise a billing dispute, email support@lumora.ai with your registered email address, the transaction date, and a description of the issue. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Nothing in these Terms limits your right to dispute a charge directly with your card issuer or to exercise any right available to you under applicable consumer protection law.

5.6 Credit Expiry and Account Closure

Credits do not expire while your Account remains active. Credits are forfeited without compensation in the following circumstances:

• Your Account is terminated or suspended by Lumora Ltd for breach of these Terms;
• You voluntarily close or delete your Account;
• Your Account is deemed inactive and closed under clause 4.

As Credits have no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash, forfeiture does not constitute a financial loss or give rise to any claim against Lumora Ltd.

5.7 Prohibited Dealings

You may not sell, transfer, trade, auction, barter, or otherwise deal in Credits outside the Service. Any Credits obtained through unauthorised means — including chargebacks, exploits, or third-party resale — will be voided and the associated Account may be suspended.

6. Using the Service

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate, process, or distribute:

• Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights;
• Deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery;
• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation;
• Spam, malware, or any harmful code.

6.2 Intellectual Property

Images you generate using the Service are owned by you, subject to these Terms and any third-party model licences. You grant Lumora a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your inputs solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your generated images.

Lumora name, logo, and all platform code remain the exclusive intellectual property of Lumora Ltd.

7. Payments and Security

All card transactions are processed over encrypted connections (TLS 1.2+). We do not store full card numbers. Payment processing complies with PCI DSS standards. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, and others as displayed at checkout.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by Service unavailability, except where required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumora Ltd's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for Credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

You and Lumora's operator agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of <<REQUIRES_INPUT: eu_governing_law_country>> for the resolution of any dispute, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Consumers in the EU may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
